Type	Self-affecting
Cooldown	1-3 turns (depending on upgrades/enemy)
Effect	Makes the user of the technique shoot at an opponent when they move.

Sight techniques are techniques used by non-Rabbid heroes to fire weapons when a rabbid moves in the hero's weapon range. More info needed.
